Production Process

- Rolling: The molten glass flows between two water-cooled metal rollers. One roller is engraved with the Flora pattern, which imprints the floral design onto the glass surface.
- Annealing: The patterned glass ribbon passes through an annealing lehr where it is gradually cooled to relieve internal stresses.
- Cutting: The cooled glass is cut to standard or custom sizes.
Unlike surface coatings or films, the Flora pattern is physically embossed into the glass surface—making it permanent and resistant to wear, fading, or peeling.
